Thailand urged to implement WTO ruling as deadline lapses

MANILA HAS called on Bangkok to start implementing reforms on customs valuation and tax measures deemed by the World Trade Organization (WTO) as discriminatory against Philippine-made cigarettes, noting that the deadline had expired.
